Working Hours :  Part time(22.5 Hours Per week)
Vacancy:  1 position

Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC) is a non-profit organization providing free medical care to children in Siem Reap. AHC is looking for a highly motivated individuals who can fill the currently vacant position of Guest Relation Assistant (01 post)

The successful applicant will be a person who is highly motivated to learn and further develop their skills working for a NGO non-profit hospital.

The Main responsibilities


  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors/guests and assist them to find the way around the Center include the video and audio touring as well as encourage the visitors to make the donation after the tour.
  • Assist in the donation boxes collection by working with the assigned volunteer to collect the donation, placing the new boxes, and repairing.
  • Assist in the Sales of merchandises inside and outside the Visitor Center.
  • Record and report the sales and donation information from the receipts into the financial report format and the Donor Tools (Donor Information System) properly.
  • Attend daily briefings and relevant unit and departmental meetings.
  • Assist the Visitor Center’s team to ensure any ceremonies or small meeting/events within the VC are well organized and managed.
  • Help to distribute the communication materials internally and externally when needed.
  • Help to ensure a pleasant environment for all visitors (secured, clean, accessible, informative, and hospitable).
  • Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Visitor Center Manager.


Working Requirements/Qualifications


  • Required Education:Bachelor Degree in the Business Administration is preferred, or the related field.
  • Working Experiences:Some experiences in working as the Sales Person or the Customer Relations is preferred.
  • Requirement for Skills and Abilities:

     -  A dynamic personality willing to solve problems and make things work

     -  Fluent in Khmer and English (writing and speaking)

     -  Service oriented and good social skills

     -  Ability to work independently but seek assistance when required

     -  Ability to ‘solve’ problems and get things done in order to give the visitor and pleasant and warm experience

     -  Proficient in all Microsoft Office Application, internet, and email

     -  Ability to work with strict deadline as is working well under pressure

     -  Ability to travel outside the hospital or other provinces
