នៅក្នុងភូមិតូចមួយនៅជិតប្រាសាទដែលមានឈ្មោះលី្បល្បាញ “ប្រាសាទបេងមាលា” ក្រុមការងារសហគមន៍របស់មន្ទីរពេទ្យកុមារអង្គរកំពុងតែបង្រៀនក្រុមអ្នកម្តាយដើម្បីធ្វើបបរខាប់គ្រប់គ្រឿង ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយការកើនឡើងនៃជំងឺកង្វះអាហារូបត្ថម្ភលើកុមារក្នុងកំឡុងពេលនៃវិបត្តិជំងឺកូវីដ១៩។ ចាប់តាំងពីវិបត្តិជំងឺពិភពលោកកើតឡើងមក សហគមន៍ជនបទនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាទទួលរងគ្រោះដោយសារឥទ្ធិពលនៃជំងឺកូវីដ១៩។ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាប្រមាណ៧២% រងគ្រោះដោយសារការបាត់បង់ប្រាក់ចំណូលពីជំងឺកូវីដ១៩ដោយផ្ទាល់ឬប្រយោល (យោងតាមរបាយការណ៍អង្គការសុខភាពពិភពលោក) ក្នុងនោះ ស្រី្តទទួលរងគ្រោះធ្ងន់ធ្ងរជាងគេ។ ផលលំបាកផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចបានបង្ខំឱ្យគ្រួសារមួយចំនួនកាត់បន្ថយការចំណាយលើអាហារប្រចាំថ្ងៃនិងការថែទាំសុខភាព។ អសន្តិសុខស្បៀងដែលកំពុងកើតមាន និងរបបអាហារមិនត្រឹមត្រូវ បានគំរាមកំហែងដល់ការប្រែប្រួលសុខភាពកុមារក្នុងរយៈពេលមួយទសវត្សចុងក្រោយនេះធ្វើឱ្យកុមាររាប់ពាន់នាក់ ប្រឈមនឹងការលូតលាស់មិនបានល្អ ការថយចុះការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ការលូតលាស់ និងជំងឺធ្ងន់ធ្ងរផ្សេងៗទៀត។ នៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យកុមារអង្គរ យើងសង្កេតឃើញនូវការកើនឡើងចំនួន ៣៩ភាគរយ ចំពោះកុមារដែលខ្វះអាហារូបត្ថម្ភបើប្រៀបធៀបនឹងឆ្នាំមុន។ “អ្នកភូមិមានការលំបាក ដោយរកប្រាក់ចំនូលបានតិច ប៉ុន្តែការចំនាយលើម្ហូបអាហារមានការកើនឡើង” លោក ភួង ធី មានប្រសាសន៍ (Project Team Leader)។ “អ្នកភូមិមួយចំនួនបង្ខំចិត្តស្វែងរកម្ហូបអាហារដែលរកបាននៅក្បែរៗផ្ទះ ធ្វើឲ្យអាហារូបត្ថម្ភរបស់កូនៗពួកគេក៏រងផលប៉ះពាល់ដែរ ” ។ លោក ភួង ធី និងក្រុមការងារសហគមន៍បន្តចុះទៅសហគមន៍ដាច់ស្រយ៉ាលដើម្បីធ្វើការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលការធ្វើបបរខាប់គ្រប់គ្រឿងព្រមទាំងបង្រៀនអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃអាហារូបត្ថម្ភត្រឹមត្រូវ។ អាហារដែលគ្មានជីវជាតិចញ្ចឹមសម្បូរបែប កង្វះមធ្យោបាយក្នុងការទទួលបានទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យ ជាកត្តារួមចំណែកនៃកង្វះអាហារូបត្ថម្ភលើកុមារ…
