Working hours : 45 hours per Week

Introduction : Angkor Hospital for children (AHC) is a non-profit organization providing free medical care to children in Siem Reap. AHC is looking for a highly motivated Cambodian individual who can fulfill the currently vacant position of Executive Secretary.


  • Organising the appointment calendars for the Executive Committee
  • Assisting in all tasks for Executive Committee when required
  • Organising and coordinating meetings for the Executive Committee. Including:
  1. Schedule meeting and arrange conference room
  2. Prepare agenda meeting
  3. Schedule refreshments
  • Take minutes from the Management meetings and send report to management team.
  • Manage ExCom travel schedules: coordinate travel arrangements including preparing itineraries, travel requests, flight and accommodation booking
  • Manage guest travel schedules when asked to do so. Including flight and accommodation booking, airport pick up and restaurant booking
  • Coordinating office management activities
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Distribute reports to hospital staff
  • Welcome guests of the Executive Committee
  • Keep inventory list of Executive office



  • Bachelor degree or equal from an institution recognized by Ministry of Education Youths and Sport, Cambodia.
  • Enthusiasm for the work conducted by the Angkor Hospital for Children
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Be able to work independently and be self-directed and self-motivated
  • Good organization, time keeping, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural team environment
  • Ability to contribute to meetings and discussions
  • Experience and expertise in using all Office programmes
  • Secretarial experience
