Duties and responsibilities

General description 

Health Centre/Nutrition Project is responsible related on administration, HC/NP Team Leader and Unit Manager.

Areas of duties and responsibilities/accountabilities   

  1. Facilitate with health centres, local authorities and health networks (VHSGs).
  2. Training of Trainer on health community.
  3. Promotion of health awareness to VHSGs & villagers.
  4. Facilitate to screening MAM/SAM for children under five year in targeted community.
  5. Follow up MAM/SAM children in targeted community.
  6. Facilitate cooking demonstration in targeted villages.
  7. Facilitate monthly VHSGs meeting at health centres.
  8. Facilitate bi-monthly HCMC meeting at health centres.
  9. Facilitate bi-monthly woman affair meeting at communes.
  10. Prepare weekly summary expend.
  11. Assessment of new geography of villages, health centres, schools and communes.
  12. Assist the conduction of baseline survey, follow up survey and end line survey.
  13. Assist of cinema health promotion in community as needed.
  14. Assist of Happy Child Day by primary schools as needed.
  15. Preparing monthly action plan.
  16. Preparing monthly and yearly report.
  17. Join monthly staff meeting
  18. Perform any other relevant duties as required/undertakes other as assigned by the team leader and unit Management

Qualifications

Job holder of this position should have the following minimum of education requirement:

  • Nursing background working at field at least 2 years or similar field will be discussed.

  3. Able to relate positively, favourable and good cooperation with others, including employees, colleagues, visitors and personal of outside agencies and organizations.
  4. Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with others.

  6. Demonstrated confidence and flexible schedule.
  7. Ability to cope with stress.
  8. Ability to work well with team
  9. Willingness to learn and develop new skills based on unit or organization assigned.

  1. Abilities to learn adapt new skills.
  2. Computer skill (Word, Excel, PPT……)
