Taste the World fundraiser

fundraising_event_canada

Along with the full-time Cambodian staff, the department receives volunteer dentists from around the world who donate their time to work alongside the local team. An agreement with the University of British Columbia Faculty of Dentistry supports an international rotation twice a year with General Practice Residents and DMD students as part of their student electives. This provides an incredible opportunity for teaching, patient education and developing a sense of social responsibility as oral health care professionals. The rotation is under the leadership of Dr. Christopher Zed, Associate Dean, Strategic and External Affairs. Learn more at: http://www.dentistry.ubc.ca/GPR/CommunityPrograms/
