Saving Babies Lives Videos

Meet Baby Sopheak

Baby Sopheak was born in a rural health centre of Preah Vihear only seven days ago. He is receiving phototherapy treatment in the new, first-ever neonatal ward at the Preah Vihear Referral Hospital. His parents live in an isolated village over one hour away from the nearest health centre, and over two hours away from Preah Vihear Referral Hospital. Because of the lifesaving treatment received here, baby Sopheak is now thriving.

Meet Baby Devi

Born only eight days ago in the rural Chamroeun Health Centre in Preah Vihear province, baby Devi has already spent all of his short life fighting to survive. Now, he is receiving lifesaving treatment in the new Neonatal Care Unit at the Preah Vihear Referral Hospital. The province has one of the highest neonatal mortality rates in Cambodia.
