“When the doctor said the word ‘cancer’, I didn’t fully understand at first. It sounded so big, so far away from anything I thought could happen to my granddaughter.”
— Phalla, grandmother of Sreynich receiving acute myeloid leukaemia treatment at AHC
Our plan in the future:
We treat more than the disease.
We care for the whole child and their family—medically, emotionally, and socially.
It costs nearly half a million dollars every year to keep our cancer ward running. This is not optional care—it is life-saving.
One eye cancer consultation
One surgery for a child with eye cancer
One day’s worth of life-saving cancer drugs
A full round of chemotherapy
Treat 12 children with leukaemia for a year
Care for 22 children with eye cancer for a year
Meet Lina
At just two years old, Lina was diagnosed at AHC with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia after weeks of fever, bruising, and no answers. Her mother, Bosba, feared cancer care was out of reach—until she found us.
Thanks to AHC’s dedicated team and your support, Lina is now on the path to recovery. Her fevers are gone, her smile is back, and her mother can finally sleep at night.
“They not only saved my daughter but supported me every step of the way. I’m truly grateful.” – Bosba
Your generosity saves lives. Children like Lina, Ningning, and Thida are here today because of donors like you.
