Compassionate healthcare and purposeful innovation for Cambodia’s children

Who We Are

We believe every child has the right to a healthy life.

Our community is made up of hospital staff, board members, volunteers, partners and supporters, united under a common mission: to improve healthcare for Cambodia’s children.

Within the organisation, we employ over 500 medical and nonmedical staff – 98% of which are Cambodian.

Four key values underpin the work we do:

Compassion

We are sensitive to the needs of others, we listen deeply to others’ feelings and concerns and treat others as we would like ourselves and our family to be treated.

Quality Care

We offer the best possible compassionate care available, with a commitment to consistently review and improve to create the best possible patient outcome.

Expertise

We ensure that we have the best knowledge and technical skills possible and we share these with others.

Integrity

We are honest, open and take responsibility for our actions in all aspects of our work. We work together to provide the best treatment, education and prevention programs possible.

Our Board of Directors

AHC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The 10-member board is responsible for supporting strategy and policy, as well as overseeing the organisation’s activities.

Our Partners

Our generous partners are vital to AHC’s mission.
