Yes. As a non-profit organization, with a responsibility to account for all funds raised, it is mandatory for all individuals collecting funds on our behalf to be officially registered. The good news is that registering is a breeze! You simply need to fill out a fundraising registration form and let us know about your plans. Once we give the green light, you’re free to start collecting donations. Just keep in mind that all fundraising activities must be safe, legal and avoid any damage to AHC‘s reputation or negatively impact the children who use our services We’ll send you a Fundraising Endorsement letter to confirm that you’re fully authorized to proceed.

A very special supporter logo has been created especially for our registered fundraisers to use. Please contact us at events@angkorhospital.org

Generally, we’re unable to promote each fundraiser. However, there may be instances where AHC can showcase and share fundraising campaigns and stories on our social media platforms and website. This is subject to their capacity and the decision of the AHC communications team.

Please note that any media produced on behalf of or about AHC must be shared with the AHC team.

You can access a wide range of approved media collateral from AHC. Once your fundraiser has been approved, you will gain access to a drive full of up-to-date images and videos. We kindly ask you do not source any images from the internet. Since we are a children’s healthcare organisation, we have a duty of care to protect the dignity of the children we care for, and it’s important that promotional media is approved by the hospital.
