Angkor Hospital for Children Angkor (AHC) is a non-profit paediatric teaching hospital providing high-quality, compassionate health care to children in Cambodia. Working in cooperation with the Cambodian Ministry of Health, AHC’s mission is to improve the healthcare system on a national level so that every child in Cambodia — wherever they live and whatever their ability to pay — has access to the quality health care they deserve. AHC has treated nearly 3 million children since our establishment in 1999.

AHC partners with Cambodian Ministry of Health as well as other relevant government institutions plus local businesses and organisations to increase national awareness of AHC’s work and services, and to seek assistance in raising much needed funds to support the hospital. Funds raised from partnership activities support the general operations of the hospital and help to ensure that children in Cambodia can continue to receive accessible, high quality and compassionate care when they need it most.

In order to have enough funds to run the hospital and achieving the fundraising target, we require opening a new position of Domestic Fundraising Manager, based in Phnom Penh, to promote the hospital mission and develop communications and relationships with the local community and countrywide in order to develop and secure funding sources for AHC. They are responsible for organising and being AHC’s representative at awareness or fundraising events for AHC in Cambodia and to be responsible for developing all aspects of our annual fundraising gala in Cambodia.

The Cambodia Fundraising Manager is also responsible for planning and managing all activities determined by the Domestic Fundraising Director, Executive Committee, the local Cambodian Board members and the Chairperson of AHC’s Fundraising Committee in order to achieve the fundraising target key performance indicators and objectives for AHC.

AHC has a zero-tolerance policy towards child abuse, sexual exploitation and abuse and sexual harassment.
